It appears that they marked as dispatched 2/3 books (one was refunded) and based on this evidence, I re-ordered the refunded one elsewhere. Imagine my annoyance when the missing book was NOT the one refunded! Going forward, customers appreciate a PERSONAL touch and if you need to refund, try messaging the person. It takes a few moments of courtesy....

This sale just elicited a refund, no personal messages and the dispatched photo showed the book which they now say they refunded me. It was a confusing process which could have been wholly avoided with a polite personal message. The annoying thing was that I had re-ordered the missing book elsewhere and only ordered the other 2 to make up the order.
