      Although the package arrived on time, the base was attached to the cardboard packing material and ripped right off the bottom of the building. I had tried to negotiate the price because I am a senior citizen on a limited income, but the seller was not interested in any negotiation, even though the "offer" option was in the posting. Probably because of that, I will not buy from this seller anymore. There are many other sellers who engage in a reasonable negotiation of price.
