      The seller never sent anything. Canada Post was on strike and decided to try UPS then the price was 100$ US. Ask him to keep it until the Canada Post service is resuming which is now the case. Seller now pretends sending USPS service is 100$ for 2CDs. Issued a partial refund when there's no reason for me to pay his Ebay charges as he doesn't want to send the CDs. Seller can't be trusted.

      buyer purchased cds during the canada stike. usps wanted 100.$ to deliver. buyer didn't believe that. it could be easily verified. then buyer wanted me to wait till strike was over, then ship. this could have taken ??? time. he seemed infantile, like I want what I want. waaaaaa...
