    Poor experience with this seller. Item arrived dirty and contaminated with cigarette ash — not suitable for clean use. Price did not reflect condition. After I returned the unit the seller disassembled the equipment in parts and implied packaging was to blame; that response was misleading. I provided photos and asked for resolution, but communication and the offered fix were unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this seller. This caused inconvenience and added cost. Did not get total money back.

    Item was shipped and securely boxed. Buyer returned it improperly packaged, causing damage. A refund was processed according to eBay policy. Buyer shipped item in a bubble mailer and not disassembled by me and reason for the damage.I messaged the buyer and asked to please package it carefully. Ebay messaged me and said I was not at fault and refunded the money from Ebay and not me.
