They canceled my order assuming I didn't know what I was ordering without ever reaching out, wasted my time and held up my money for nothing. Bad seller.

"They" cancelled your order NOT because they made any assumptions, but because "they" were shut down due to COVID a few days earlier and because "they" were sick at home with the whole family. Your money were not held up, they were returned nearly immediately, which was the best and only reasonable thing to do under the circumstances. Explanation SHOULD have been in the cancellation notice, but please forgive "them" if it wasn't. Also accept "their" sincere apologies for being a bad seller.
