If seller had tracked item after repeated requests to track item which was not showing any relevant tracking information.they would have known that tacking changed from Ebay to DHL Global tracking which said had not left country of seller. Seller was lying and tracking under Ebay tracking which suggested it had arrived in destination country. Rang local Postal and they got the same information as DHL, item had not left the country of seller.Shipped on May 9th, now 26th July. Dlvy date 25th June
