    Quality product. I snapped off a tap and it was bound up bad. Didn’t get the broken piece out. The fingers are pretty small so you can’t put much torque on the tool. Probably would work in some situations

"There is no guarantee this tool will work especially in situations where the tap is jammed in so tight it cannot be removed. Failure to work is not a defect. Replacement fingers are available if it does not work the first time".
