They did respond when I contacted them and offered a refund but I told them I’d rather keep them so I could leave negative feedback warning others. They either don’t understand the difference between Direct Factory Replacement [DFR] made in China blades, and OEM blades that were made in the UK, or they are hoping we don’t. Anyhow - use caution.
