Dispatch and delivery was good, however description was not good, nothing indicated that I would receive 7 valves instead of the 27 valves in the item description. I decided to keep the purchase to avoid back and forth. The valves were well packaged. Seller was confrontational and defensive during the discussions.

Simply NOT true , Picture was of the 8 valves sent ,I made a mistake in the description so messaged the buyer apologising .I said if he wasn't happy then open a case and return (no cost to the buyer). no need to even open the package just return .Customer agreed to this then after no further communication until now when he leaves a neutral feedback with lies!! NOTE THAT THE BUYER KEPT THE ITEMS !
Not sure how else i could have tried to resolve as I contacted ASAP
