Warranty & Returns
We warrant to you that Goods purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform with their description as listed on eBay, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for all the purposes for which Goods of that kind are commonly supplied.
Providing they have been operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, faulty goods returned during the warranty period detailed in the listing will be replaced, repaired or receive a full refund. We will meet the return postage costs in full after we have received, and had a chance to examine the faulty item to confirm the presence of an inherent defect
Warranty periods = A 12 Months period from date of delivery for goods listed as New, New Other or Manufacturer Refurbished and 6 months for all other items except items offered as not working for spares and repairs only.

Severability
If any of these terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
