All unit must be installed by a qualified Electrician (warranty is void if this is not done. We can also ask for copy of receipt from electrician so always keep it)

if an item is to heavy it will be automatically upgraded to the delivery required for that item

Return are accepted

1. If unit is broken please send unit back for replacement with ebay user namer in side box.

2. If you have changed your mind you can return the item for a refund (5% restocking charge applys on change of mind) as long as its returned within 14 days. Postage will not be refunded and there is a 20% Restocking Charge taken from unit Price if received after the 14 days, If an item is returned in a used condition there will be NO REFUND (Pictures will be provided).

3. If item is returned as faulty and when tested its in perfect working order we will send back for a small fee recorded delivery. If you do not want the fan returned for any reason and as it has been used there will be NO REFUND. (Please always call 01564703737 if you think you have a faulty unit as 99% of the time the unit is in perfect working order)

4. If the unit is not in perfect condition and you have changed your mind a fee will be taken from the product price the fee will be as well as the 20% restocking charge. If an item is returned in a used condition there will be NO REFUND (Pictures will be provided).

5. A full refund can only be given if unit is faulty, broken, not in working order (after 2 weeks we will not refund postage for unit sent to us, Postage has to be paid by customer). Please call 01564 703737 before sending any product back

6. If an item is returned to us as a result of not being at home or at wrong address and an email,text or card is sent to customer (At address given) then any charge that is occurred to us as a result of the item being sent back will be taken of unit price
