I’m having trouble getting a full refund for my returned item that I was told I had to pay which was understandable as it clearly states in the description but now I’ve been offered a partial refund as he now wants me to cover his cost for posting the item which was free delivery. I don’t see that in the T & C so not at all pleased with the bad customer service, well none as he keeps saying it’s just minus the cost of his postage. It should be clearly stated
