I ordered a framed 8x6 print and received a 4x6 postcard in a plastic frame. In an attempt to allow the seller to make it right I contacted him. He blamed “an employee “ for the mistake and offered me a $10 refund. I acccepted since it would at least cover the ridiculous cost of shipping. He said he would refund me “tomorrow morning “. It is now tomorrow afternoon and no refund. I reframed the postcard and am making the most of it. Hope it’s an authentic signature, but I doubt it.
