NEVER RECEIVED!!! Contacted Ebay, Paypal & Fedex and was informed the Seller/Shipper/SPREETAIL was responsible for opening a claim for lost shipment. Contacted Ashley @ Spreetail, she said they would not open claim due to Proof of Delivery being provided, I asked even if it is wrong house in Proof of delivery pic? I explained to each rep at Ebay, Paypal, Fedex and Spreetail and no help! Pics provided Fedex POD 1st image and 3 of my home. Spreetail has pitiful customer service and policies.
