Case came cracked. Communication to handle or help with it was lacking. I got an automatic reply that a replacement was coming but never heard anything after. I sent multiple messages and never heard back. Only when I requested a refund did the seller reach out but again did not reply when I asked a question. The situation was not handled correctly at all.
