Bought a “new Texecom panel” from this company. They sent a panel with a faulty power supply. As my client was leaving the country I had no choice but to replace the power supply and complete the job over the weekend. After reporting the issue to the seller they would only help if the whole product returned. This wasn’t possible to do as it was already installed. Proceed with caution as it looks like some of their products are not new. Will be the last time I shop here.

The panel has a built in power supply which can't be sold or replaced from our stock, nor it can be refunded as requested. We have offered in order to make a life easier to get the faulty PSU back and get spare from texecom.
