CD purchased May 10th from WOB. It's been 11 days with absolutely no tracking changes. They advertise quick shipping yet I ordered another cd coming from Washington state the same day and got it in 3 days. This I know this is not the fault of the seller. The shipper OSM should never be used if you're going to claim fast delivery. Because of this I will be avoiding WOB.

I contacted the seller about a return and they informed me they would credit me when they received the book. They received the book three weeks ago and so far no refund and my emails to them have been ignored.
