I contacted the seller regarding the noisy key pad, particularly the space bar. I decided, as I had purchased two items, (one of them for my partner), not to take the matter further as she was of the same opinion. It was obvious therefore that it was just the way that they were manufactured..

There is nothing wrong with the keyboards, we have and continue to sell a large quantity of these with no issues. The customer was advised to return for a full refund but decided to keep the keyboards.
