The item that was sent was unfortunately an ex-library which was not mentioned in the description (it was in very good condition mind). The communication from them was excellent and they did try to offer a replacement but none was in-stock and they issued a refund asap. I will use them again but a description of ex-library would be helpful. Im sure they do it on Amazon.
