Making a purchase with Packaging Products Online
 
When ordering from us you must meet the following requirements:

The majority of our goods are sent via 24hr Couriers, please check your email and text for tracking info! (smaller low weight items sent via 1st and 2nd royal mail)
 
Delivery
We guarantee to dispatch your goods with 24hrs of payment excluding weekends and bank holidays. However we endeavour to dispatch the same day if checkout is before 11am, stock levels permitting.
All delivery times are estimated to arrive on a 24 hours service, subject to chosen courier meeting our contractual terms and conditions.

If you are not able to take delivery of goods, courier will leave a calling card which will advise how to collect your goods or arrange re-delivery. If you fail to act on this the goods will be returned to us and you will be required to pay a further shipping cost plus an additional £10.00 before we can send your goods again.
