All these CPLDs are genuine chips. However from 10 I bought, I am only able to program 4 of them. The others are surely functional but need a special, more expensive Atmel programmer to erase them. Most people don't own such a device. But genuine chips, and exactly as advertised so I must thank the seller for this and his good effort to recycle these chips!
