I am sorry for the delivery issue with Royal Mail but this feedback is not accurate. The book was dispatched same day of order, with tracking provided to customer. Buyer opened a non-receipt claim. Tracking showed the parcel had not progressed from the sorting office - presume Royal Mail loss/issue. Buyer therefore refunded in full (even before feedback left). My apologies on behalf of Royal Mail. No other communication at all from buyer, although I have reached out to them.
