    Terrible experience. The price on their own website was about 1/3 of what they charged me here on eBay. On top of that, they never informed me about the extremely high import taxes, which doubled the cost. When I complained, their response was rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to solve the problem, they just pushed the responsibility back on me. Dishonest pricing, no transparency, and zero respect for customers. Definitely not recommended.

    We find it incredible that this buyer, after having freely purchased and received the product, would give us two negative feedbacks based on a lie. It's not true that the listing on our private website is a third of its value, and that's what his country's customs charges him. It's intolerable... we have 100% positive feedback and we're an excellent seller on eBay.
