When I opened the jar, it looks like it had already been used quite a bit. A lot was missing and had cream on the inside lid grooves.

Hi, I just read your review, and I wanted to assure you that each of my SkinFix items comes directly from the factory, and it was never opened, nor used. The only thing I can assume is that when it shipped, (if mailed), it was perhaps pressurized. But, "quite a bit used", is absolutely not a possibility. I am sorry that you were unhappy with the purchase. I wish you had contacted me prior to your review.
