The intermediary carrier USPS used (OSM Worldwide) that provided transport from the shippers facility to the USPS my regional USPS DC imparted about 12 extra days of transport time over what USPS normally takes between our two metropolitan areas. OSM didn't have any updates for 10 days from the time it was picked up until the package arrived at their first facility. Wouldn't use USPS Gnd Adv. again.
