I ordered large (I hate ultra tight fitting undies). Although they looked huge out of the package, they may have shrunk a little after washing, but not a great deal. They were perfect fit and I usually wear 7-8, US. These are so nice and so well made I ordered them twice to replace all my cotton underwear. I have very minor leakage and with these, I no longer have to wear pads which is great!
