However, incorrect items were sent. Zero replies from seller via eBay & mobile. Sent back items & then only partially refunded as seller claims ‘items were not returned in original condition’. They were returned immediately in the original packaging! Had to open a case with eBay who issued me with full refund in my favour. The reason for neutral is the delay in receiving the item and lack of customer service. When I messaged the seller saying it hadn't arrived. They replied saying its on its way we posted a day or two after your order. I replied with how long should I wait it has been more than a week. I got no reply.
