This erroneous and unjustified feedback was left by an inexperienced buyer who does not understand the constraints placed on sellers by Ebay. In a very limited set of circumstances (e.g. the item is discovered to be damaged, the item is missing, there is a problem with the buyer's address, etc.) the seller must cancel the transaction and refund the buyers money. In this case, THAT WAS DONE IMMEDIATELY. There is also the situation where a previously blocked bidder attempts to buy again from me
