Vendeur qui scinde les commandes en plusieurs colis, vous en recevez UN mais toutes les plantes sont notées comme reçues .. Scandaleux d'être obligé de demander un remboursement pour un colis/2 jamais reçu. Scandaleux de recevoir une telle réponse : "le transporteur vient de m'écrire, il est désolé, le second colis est perdu".... Donc, si rien n'est réclamé, et s'il n'est pas prouvé que 2 envois ont été faits, on perd une grosse partie de la commande !... JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS !
