Item was not as described ( was not 72 inches as described) and when I tried to return it , seller said I had to ship it back which shipping cost more than the actual sticker . If could give 0 stars I would as this is not good customer service and on the page says free 3 day returns but that is not the case ! Never had a bad experience on eBay until now..

Item is 72" long and it hasn't changed for years. I never offer free 3 day returns, buyer has mistaken me for some other vendor. I offer free shipping in one way and I bear the cost. I don't offer free way back because I'm not charity organization. Buyer has made up his mind and is trying to extort money.
