The part doesn't fit force must be use to push it in, but will cause damage to the entire tone arm system I am demanding a full refund, pay $18 per unit claimed to be a perfect fitting but does not, I will not modify the part or force it in.

I have sold over 115 pieces and only 1 customer has a problem... I suspect he does not have the appropriate skills to repair such devices.
