After going back and forth a few times finally decided to purchase as anniversary gift, this was advised to seller.
Very well packaged. Double boxed with packaging material in between boxes, the machine was wrapped all over.
The shipping was quick, however the power cord and mentioned key was missing.
It took a few days and back forth to finally confirm items were located and shipped out with a tracking number.
Luckily was able to get machine up and running along with broken key fixed.
