Poor communication. Horrible shipping time. Ordered the item. Said delivery 5/10-5/15. The next day after it was paid for, said 5/15-5/18. Now this location it's coming from isn't far from me.. and I reached out and asked eta? On 5/3. They said mailing out the next day. It's 5/11 AND STILL HASNT SHIPPED. Label was made 5/9. Reached out 5/6. Said mailing it out tomorrow..uh huh.. beyond pissed because it was a gift and now will have nothing for them.
