Seller barely gets positive feedback from me because the item is not worrking as expected and I reported directly to him before hand Ebay. Communication was ok, but I never get a reasonable solution until I notify Ebay. I received a fair partial refund. The item? Oh God! This DVR is, in my experience, Garbagge!. Records on VGA despite you select 1080 p and playback is slow, un-synchronized with sound. The image of the video is fatal. I don´t know if it was my DVR only or everyone´s the same.
