As a buyer through eBay, I have to say that return labels through eBay are a dilemma and really complicated. I had small problems a few months ago, but this time, regarding the dress I bought from this seller, I must say that the return was easier, and the communication with the seller was excellent.
The dress didn't fit me well, so I decided to return it. The seller graciously offered me a partial refund, which I accepted, and I kept the dress, which I will give to someone else. Thumbs up!
