*PLEASE READ IMPORTANT* Glitter Shoes during the daytime (in natural light) the glitter is a duller sparkle but when day turns to night, the glitter in artificial/night light really sparkles and makes a statement! as shown in the pictures. Therefore please ensure you wait until night time to see the shoe in its full element.

*Disclaimer* The shoes are decorated in 2 layers of high quality book paper and then sealed with waterproofing sealants therefore please be advised to be cautious and still avoid water just incase. Creases and wrinkles will occur naturally due to wear and tear just like faux synthetic leather. Shoes have a gloss finish to them.
 
Q. I can see glue on the shoe? A. They are a handmade product not a shop professional look shoe so craft glue will be visible as it is a craft item. Decoupage definition is: the art or craft of decorating objects with paper cut-outs. That is what the shoe is and what you will receive, a handmade (Made by hand and crafted quality) art decoupage shoe made with 2 layers of images and 2 coats of glue, then sealed in gloss. In some places the shoe will not be flat as images have to be place around curves of the shoe. Glue will be visible to close the gaps and make the shoe last longer for your use.
 
Q. My shoes dont look the same as in the picture? A. All Decoupage shoes are in random image order, therefore every purchase is different and unique to you. The same shoe cannot be recreated twice.
 
Q. My item appears ruined/damaged? A. Sometimes item are damaged in transit, please bear this in mind and inform me if this happens as I spend hours and hours and HOURS ensuring the highest quality in the items I make, so when they leave me they leave in perfect condition. I use Hermes Delivery and would need to know of any problems ASAP so I can raise the issue with the courier.
 
Q. Can I wear these decoupage shoes in rain? A. NO avoid water! I have protected the shoe with an expensive waterproof sealant however I would advise to still be cautious with the good old British weather.
 
Q. Can you get other colours/pictures? A. Yes I can, please ask also screen resolution will vary colour choices, please check on other screens before purchase.
 
Q. Are the shoes durable? A. Yes the shoes are protected with sealant. Handle with EXTRA care.
 
*DISCLAIMER* Glitter shoes are decorated with 3 layers of high quality glitter therefore please be advised some of the top layer glitter will be loose and will flake naturally. There will be loose glitter in the shoe box. This is normal.
 
*TIMESCALE* I will NOT rush to make a shoe even when requested, it can take DAYS for items to dry, therefore please bear this in mind when ordering and order in PLENTY of time. I will NOT compromise on quality to save time! I want to guarantee your items arrives as it should!
 
*POSTAGE Damage* Sometimes item are damaged in transit, please bear this in mind and inform me if this happens as I spend hours and hours and HOURS ensuring the highest quality in the items I make, so when they leave me they leave in perfect condition. *WEAR AND TEAR MAINTENANCE* Avoid water! I have protected the shoes with an expensive waterproof sealant however I would advise to still be cautious with the good old British weather, if you scuff the shoe with natural wear and tear then like with any other shoe wet your finger and dab the spot where it is marked, it will disappear. Do not use a wipe as fiber's off the wipes will get stuck to the glitter.

*PROTECTION* The shoes are protected with sealant.If an item is faulty or damaged upon receipt please provide photo evidence within 24 hours of receipt.
