POKEMON Y DID NOT COME PRE-INSTALLED, WHICH ONLY HAPPENS WHEN SOMEONE BEFORE YOU HAS DOWNLOADED IT, AND THE BOX WAS MISSING MANUALS AND INSERTS. HE REFUSED TO PROVIDE A LABEL FOR RETURN AFTER HE SCAMMED ME ON MY PURCHASE SO I HAD EBAY STEP IN AND REFUND!!
