Nearly lost access to a large purchase due to a disgruntled currier subcontractor falsely claiming the shipment is not at pickup location. Only at great effort on my part and eventually on the part of a single professional and caring currier representative was it possible to establish malfeasance on the part of the disgruntled subcontractor, allowing me to access my shipment.
