I bought these glasses at 6am on a Friday. They still hadn't shipped Saturday night so I contacted the seller and asked when they would ship. She was very snippy and told me she has a full time job and ships when she gets time. I called her on her attitude and she backed down and said she would ship Monday. That was a holiday, they didn't ship till Thursday. I made this purchase because seller offered a discount after I watched the item. I paid right away, why not be a pro and ship timely?

Customer was upset because I didn’t ship same day, despite her being a seller herself and knowing that eBay will give an allotted time to have package shipped by. I shipped well within the shipping time frame. I did inform her of the ETA being the 24 - 29th of Feb, also stated I could cancel if that won’t work. She stated thank you for the ETA and still wanted the purchase. Customer is upset because item was not in time for her tea party. When she could have purchased way before I sent offer.
