I used to work in a clinic that used large red light devices and find it a great way to help alleviate the pain from my fibromyalgia. This product is of high quality and very convenient as I'm able to roll up when not in use. The two mats together reduces the overall time I need to use instead of one side of body then rolling over to do the other. There's a great book by Ari Whitten on Red Light Therapy. I'm very happy with this product.
