I don't give negative feedback. specially for a 10.99 item, however, the lack of communication, response time and unwilliness to satisfy the costumer made me do it. I ordered some water proof paper for our outdoor menu at the church where we feed the elder and homeless people in Los Angeles Area, we had a lot or rain, so we needed resistent menus and sigs for seating, exits and restrooms, we never received our order, seller offer to resent the package, nothing, I got a refund a month after.
