I ordered a 4/4 shoulder rest for violin and got a 1/4-1/2 size. Too small for a 4/4 violin. I had contact with the seller several times and they didnt want to pay me back a full refund or send a correct sized shoulder rest. In the correspondence it was clear that they tried to slow down the process, with new questions that was answered earlier. Not a serious dealer!
