First of all I purchased the item on 12/13. A few days later I asked seller if item had shipped, with no response. On 12/19 seller sends me a message “sorry item broke while packing”. Do you think seller would have issued my refund immediately?! No, I had to go through eBay to file a claim… seriously. Now have to wait days before eBay honors their Money Back Guarantee. Not good business. Seller didn’t have to wait for my payment but I have to wait days for my refund. ! Not good business!!
