I had to modify this with my Dremel multi tool. One end link was 22mm the other the correct 21mm so fitting involved grinding 1mm of Stainless steel from the 22nn end link. After fitting it looks reasonable on the Seiko Flightmaster. Certainly better than the original trashy cheap Seiko Bracelet.
