Salve, la ringrazio per la comprensione, ho fatto del mio meglio per controllare che tutti i difetti fossero menzionati. Una delle due non-conformità era individuabile e mi sono scusato subito per la mia omissione, proponendo celermente il rimborso, mentre sulla seconda era effettivamente impossibile prevederla (forse con test con attrezzatura professionale, ma sicuramente non un test "di routine" e alla portata di tutti).
