The product is as described. However, before the item was marked as dispatched I contact the seller to cancel the item as I was sending the tablet back. I had no response. Then a day or 2 later the item was marked as dispatched, so I contacted them again. Still no response. Yes I could return it but that’s at my own expense and I shouldn’t have to do that when I cancelled in plenty of time.
