Item is in FANTASTIC CONDITION! Extremely soft and the fur isn't matted at all! ALSO CAME WITH AN ADORABLE THANK YOU NOTE???? Sooo cute!!!!!! Had some problems with shipping (Dates kept changing and the delivery info wasn't being updated. Not the seller's fault.) Overall, very happy with my purchase. I can't wait to take the little bird everywhere with me!
