Fortunately, this computer is working well so far. BUT . . . I do have three (3) major complaints. 1)This computer was filthy, requiring me to spend some time cleaning it before use. 2) this computer arrived WITHOUT a power cord! Really guys, how am I supposed to use this?? 3) the DVD rom drive will NOT read any discs whatsoever including data discs, music CDs, and dvd movies. Had to purchase an external DVD drive. It works, but buyers should be aware of possible issues before ordering.
