Not the best experience. Listed with Royal Mail as the shipping method, sent Yodel. No tracking was sent so missed the delivery initially. When it came the book was badly scratched on the front cover. Pictures supplied, item returned and refund given but no apology or offer of replacement. All in all from purchase to refund was around 2 weeks.
