Product stated as new, unopened. The box was clearly opened from the bottom and secured again by some tape. The description should be more clear. The product is working but still I am disappointed.

THE PRODUCT IS BRAN NEW IT LOOKS LIKE A BIT OF PACKAGING TAPE HAS STUCK TO THE CORNER OF THE BOX DURING THE PACKING STAGE IF IT WAS RESEALED SURELY THE TAPE WOULD OF BEEN STRAIGHT OVER THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX NOT JUST ON THE CORNER WE WILL NOT GIVE PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR REMOVAL OF NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SORRY
